Fundamental to perfect health and a "long, long life in the direction of immortality" that Maharishi wished for us, are the special frequencies of the 9th Mandala of the Rig Veda. In the spring of 1982 Maharishi presented the concept that it is possible to have a physical life that is thousands of years in duration. The basis of this long life is found in the Rig Veda, the primordial sounds that actually structure the entire universe, including the human bodies we inhabit.
We know there are huge cycles of time in our universe, which exists in the Mind of the Creator for 311.04 trillion years. The image below shows these cycles in terms of the life of Brahma, our Creator. Let's drill down to a single day of Brahma, composed of 4 major cycles or yugas.
1. SATYA-YUGA – duration of 1,728,000 years. The population begins with the perfected, godly, mind-born children of Lord Brahma (the Creator), who subsequently procreate and populate the earth with life forms. Average human life span is 100,000 years. These human bodies have 100% fully functional of DNA and life is realized in its full potential. There is no "hardware" or computer based technology - all technology is mantra based.
2. TRETA YUGA - also called the silver age, lasts 1,296,000 years. The average life span is 10,000 years and the godly qualities decrease one fourth compared to the Satya yuga. Human bodies have 80% functional DNA and life is lived at less than full potential.
3. DVAPARA YUGA - or the bronze age, lasts 864,000 years. Godly qualities are reduced to 50% by now and the average life expectancy is only 1,000 years. Human bodies have 40% functional DNA and live is lived with dependency on hardware technologies such as the wheel, axe, knives, fire for cooking food, and shelters are constructed for protection from harsher environments.
4. KALI YUGA- the iron age of hypocrisy, deceit, and quarrel lasts 432,000 years. Very few of the population exhibit the qualities of devotion to God and life expectancy is only 100 years. Human bodies have less than 20% functional DNA, and that will continue to decline, and life is lived in ignorance of its full potential. There is almost total dependency on hardware technologies just to sustain life. It reaches the extreme known as "singularity" when computers have greater than human intelligence and machines actually dominate - to the extreme in which the human body is replaced totally by robotic machines and human consciousness is somehow "hosted" by these machines.
At the end of each Day of Brahma there is almost total dissolution, the entire planet Earth is left, devoid of all life. Then the new day dawns with the beginning of a new Satya yuga. If the Earth is devoid of all life, where do the people come from on this first day of Satya yuga? They are created by Lord Brahma as His "mind-born children."
Lord Brahma creates each new day, a completely new creation or a new universe comes forth from the mind of Lord Brahma through the process of Samyamaon the 432,000 mantras of the Rig Veda. The Rig Veda is divided into 10 Mandalas or chapters. Each Mandala has a specific purpose. The first 8 Mandalas generate the 8 prakritis or primal motive sources. These consist of the 5 subtle elements: pritivi, jal, vayu, agni, akash and the 3 gunas: sattva, rajas and tamas. These are the fundamental building blocks of everything in the universe. The 9th Mandala contains the mantras that generate perfect human bodies and the 10th is the Mandala that generates the consciousness of this universe.
Our topic of interest is the 9th Mandala because we can use this mandala to restore our Kali yuga physiology to a perfect Satya yuga physiology. This is accomplished through the Soma Rasa Meditation, which is Samyama on the 9th Mandala mantras. If we had the ability with Samyama that Lord Brahma has, we could perform Samyama on the mantras of the 9th Mandala and create a perfect Satya yuga physiology as a result. But in Kali yuga, the ability to perform Samyama with perfection is very difficult and extremely rare.
However, we can benefit by listening to the 9th Mandala throughout the night as the physical body is resting. The vibrations of the mantras of the 9th Mandala will resonate with the cells of the body and gradually transform every cell to become its pure Satya yuga form. Fundamentally, the DNA is changed by these vibrations.
In Satya yuga, 100% of the genomes of the DNA are active. This is what produces the perfect physiology that lives 100,000 years. In Kali yuga the scientists estimate that only about 10% of the DNA is active and the result is a body that barely lives for 100 years.
The need of the times now is a new technique that will produce the nearly immortal physiologies required for the coming Golden Age. Satyug Kaya Kalpa is that technique, and it is very different from the traditional kaya kalpa recorded in the Vedic texts of Ayurveda. It is the technique to establish a Satyug body, now, during the final days of Kaliyug, in preparation for the Golden Age that will soon be here. This technology is part Satyug mantra-based and part Kaliyug hardware physical technology based to bridge the gap between these two ages. It is really nothing like "traditional" kaya kalpa, which only seeks to extend the lifespan of a Kaliyug physiology. Satyug Kaya Kalpa transforms the physiology from the level of the DNA. Soma Rasa Meditation is fundamental to this transformation and a significant part of the Satyug Kaya Kalpa Programme.
Maharishi tells us that Soma is produced in the system that refines the entire nervous system to perceive the finest Celestial, and then one lives God Consciousness. The physiology is perfected as a Satya yuga physiology through the influence of Soma, as generated by the 9th Mandala of the Rig Veda. This audio is from 1972 where Maharishi presents the topic of Soma and God Consciousness.
In the Vedic Literature the topic of the Soma Rasa Meditation is presented in the Srimad Bhagavatam, Canto 10, Chapter 33, as the Rasa Dance. This is the perspective from the Absolute realm Goloka, so we have a very poetic presentation, which is the only way to adequately express the Absolute in relative terms and words.
A fragment of the actual 9th Mandala from the Rig Veda is presented here - the full audio is about 2.5 hours in length:
With the Soma Rasa Vitara, the Soma Rasa Meditation is effortless to perform. One simply listens to the entire 9th Mandala throughout the night during sleep. The influence generates Soma in the physiology and Soma creates changes on the level of DNA to structure a Satya yuga physiology. We have prepared a Soma Rasa Vitara for your convenience. This device will play the entire 9th Mandala throughout the night.
This device operates on 110 volts or 220 volts and requires no battery or maintenance. Simply plug it in and turn it on at the beginning of the night, adjust the volume to a pleasant level and go to sleep. The values of the 9th Mandala are beneficial to all family members and for most people, it does not disturb sleep. However, if you or family members are sensitive to sounds during sleep and it is disturbing, there is a silent version that projects the entire 9th Mandala directly into the Prana Field with a quartz crystal mobius antenna.
I wrote this book to try to convey my sense of awe and excitement about the times we live in today. This classic phrase, which opens A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, seems to exactly relay the situation before us in our present day:
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisd ...

Chapter 2. Our Universe is a Hologram
We need a better understanding of the nature of this “relative” universe that we live in, so we can come out of the matrix of illusion and see the world for what it is. To us, the universe and our lives may seem real, solid and definitely not an illusion. This is because we are embedded in the ill ...
Chapter 3. Karma
Religions often refer to God's Judgment and how He metes out punishment for sins and transgressions against Him. This is a somewhat irrational way to explain karma. For one thing, God never punishes - He loves and accepts everyone. Contrary to most religions, God is not jealous, or wrathful, and is n ...

Chapter 8. Satyug Kaya Kalpa Programme
First, some background on this revolutionary program to transform an aging, limited Kali yuga physiology into a vibrantly healthy, youthful Satya yuga physiology. Granted, this may seem fantastic to some, but almost everything in this book is fantastic: from the realizatio ...
